In prosthetic dental treatment applied in aesthetic dentistry, it is aimed to replace the missing tooth or teeth of the person with a new tooth that has the same function and contributes to the aesthetic appearance. In prosthodontic treatment, fixed crowns and bridges are attached to the existing teeth or removable prostheses are used. In this treatment method, in case the patient is implanted, removable prosthesis and fixed prosthesis alternatives are evaluated.
Porcelain laminates, which have a thin structure, are transparent like natural tooth enamel. It does not reflect when light hits it. It has a bright appearance thanks to its transparency.
In porcelain lamina construction, a very small amount of material is removed from the surface of the tooth. There is no need to reduce the entire tooth.
The color of porcelain laminates does not change due to external factors such as tea, cigarettes and coffee.
Since there is no metal in its content, a gray reflection does not appear in the gums over time.
They transmit light because they are transparent and thin. In this way, the teeth look completely natural.
